This is a preowned/used item. With preowned used items there may be normal wear, scratches, scuff marks, chips, or damage consistent with age and prior use. The panda bear top is clean with vibrant colors and no obvious chipping or breaks to plastic. The bottom plastic transparent bank container does have minor white scuff marks (see pictures) and various other scuff/scratch marks consistent with handling. These minor imperfections do not detract from the appeal and function of the coin bank. The top twists nicely onto the bottom container. Enjoy!
