    This book is in lovely condition.  It is being sold
    as is
    and the pictures speak for its condition so please review them closely and carefully.  It is a paperback book that was privately owned.
    The book appears to be signed by the author, Paul C. Johnson, who was the editor and editorial director of
    Prairie Farmer
    agricultural magazine (founded in 1841 and still active today).  Other than the author’s signature, there appear to be no pencil or pen marks, underlining or highlighting on any of the pages and there appears to be no writing in the margins.  We see no loose or missing pages and we see no tears or holes in the pages.
    This item was purchased from an estate sale. We do not know the ownership history of the piece but have described it to the best of our ability. Please refer to the pictures for more details.
