If you wanted to be a John Deere Dealer in 1957 Minnesota this is the dealer meeting you would be required to attend.  An entire week of meetings, presentations, and factory tours arranged by John Deere.  Every day is planned out to the minute ~ when to have your luggage in the hotel lobby, company personnel remarks, coffee breaks, tours of the Tractor Works, Plow Works, Material Engineering, Advertising Department, Planter Works, Harvester Works, bus rides, dinners, etc.
Cover states this is John Deere Factory Tours for John Deere Dealers ~ Tour No. 2: Minneapolis ~ November, 1957 through March 1958.  It measures 8-1/4" x 4-5/8" and is in great condition. There is a faint staple mark from where possibly a business card had been on front cover, which does not detract from brochure's display and is mentioned for accuracy.
Please note: the covers and page colors are a deep goldenrod yellow and white with some green lettering, John Deere Colors - my camera seems to have a mind of it's own in accurately depicting color shades.
