The 25 inches Silver Beauty Dish shines in tight spaces where softboxes and umbrellas cannot fit the set comfortably. It can be particularly helpful in tight shooting environments.
The unique beauty dish applies a double reflector system that softens the flash properties twice. The final effect has qualities that cross between that of a direct flash and a softbox, giving the image a wraparound look - like a softbox, but with more contrast and a more dramatic directed beam. Gridded outer diffuser shield added is used to control light spill and tighten the total coverage area.
By covering with the egg-crate grid, you gain more control of a light source's beam, virtually eliminating spill from the rest of the body and the background. This strong directionality can be used to add high-key depth for fashion images and emphasize the model facial structure as well as the eyes, lips, nose, and chin.
Removable internal diffuser and external diffuser allow you to soften the light while lowering exposure by 2.1 stop. Different levels softness can be controlled.
Reversible Deflection Cap Disk minimizes hot spots and creates gorgeous and dramatic beauty light output.
