    Description

Reclaimed/Used Hardwood Maple MFMA 2nd & Better Court Flooring NEVER NAILED lot4.
This LOT measures 100 square feet TOTAL. This is a small lot of reclaimed vintage Sugar Maple from  a racquetball court.  These tongue and groove boards are used but in good shape and ready to lay down.  They have plenty of room to sand!
This High Grade Vintage Sugar Maple came from either northern Michigan or northern Wisconsin.  It is stamped MFMA 2nd & Better which means is a mix of 60%  Grade 2nd and 40 % Grade First.  MFMA stands for Maple Flooring Manufacturers Association.  There are only 6 mills is the US that subscribe to the quality that the MFMA mandates.
The flooring was floated in 1992 on a sleeper and clip system.
    THESE BOARDS WERE NEVER NAILED!
.  The boards are in great shape due to the care that was taken in the removal. There is some wear from years of play but the usage was not that heavy and a sanding will clean up the flooring nicely.  Over the course of the years the court the floor was sanded once and urethane applied twice.  That means the boards have sanding potential and according to the MFMA they have approximately 90-95% of their life left!
    This sale is
