VINTAGE 1990 M&Ms CANDY WATCH 50th Anniversary Birthday

Description

This is a 50th M&M candies anniversary watch. Never used, still in original packaging materials and with clear plastic protective cover on face of watch.  Band is in perfect condition.  Back has 50th anniversary stamp -- 1940-1990. Original instructions included. Hands turn easily with knob on side of face.
I am unsure if the watch works as I do not have a new battery to test. Therefore, this might just be a collection piece rather than a useful watch if a new battery doesn't work in it.The watch came with a battery, however, I have never taken it out to try to replace. The new watch just sat in a drawer for years. So cosmetically, it's excellent, but functional I just don't know.
