Conents: doll house with all parts, vanity, chaise lounge chair, sheet music, brush and mirror, post cards...dolls were sold seperately.
Condition is "New". Vintage item..box has been opened and most pieces have never been removed from packages.  All pieces and stickers are accounted for including instructions and mini product line catalogue. There is a small area of discoloration on the cottage from aging tape. I dont know if it is removable or not. Box shows some age and storage wear.
